How to Help

We are always on the look-out for help! There are many ways you can contribute to Kids Love Clothes, whether it’s donating pre-loved items or giving up an afternoon of your time to help us sort and pack! Find out more details below!

Donate

To donate pre-loved clothes, simply find a location near you to drop them off. We also take donations through our Just Giving page or you can help us out by getting us something we really need from our Amazon Wish List.

Volunteer

We’re run entirely by volunteers and are always looking for more help. If you’d like to support us, you can organise a collection (at your work, among friends or local school), get a few pals together to help us sort through donated clothes, organise a fundraiser to help us keep going, or even become one of our ironmaidens!

There are drop-off points all across the EH postcode region. If there’s not one near you, and you know of a venue who would be interested in becoming a drop-off point, get in touch! We aim to make it as easy as possible for people to donate.

Kids Love Clothes is a valuable and much needed resource for the HV service to access. I have used it on numerous occasions for vulnerable families on my caseload. Many of the families struggle financially, but receiving clothing enables payment of essential bills ie food/heating.

Kids Love Clothes really does live up to its name, as children love receiving the bags of good quality clothing. I remember in particular a 3year old little girl who managed to don 4 outfits (one on top of the other) within 5 minutes, because she was so excited and didn’t know which one she liked best!
