We work via referral from any professional who works with families. It’s the professional who assesses the need, and who gets in touch with us.
A referral can be made by a professional who works with families, such as:
Health visitor,
Midwife
Teacher
GP
Community support worker
Social worker
Minister or similar
Charity worker
If you are a professional who’d like to put in a referral, please get in touch.
When making a referral, please give:
Your name
Your organisation
Your phone number
child’s gender
child’s age bracket (ie, 2-3 yrs)
child’s shoe size (if known)
